Caraway Seeds are a staple in many Bavarian dishes from Sauerkraut to Bauernbrot. They're core to the the unique flavor profile of Bavarian food and no kitchen is truly Bavarian without them.  
 
Sold in a resealable plastic pouch with clear front and craft paper back.  We import a small amount each year directly from a merchant in the Allgäu region of Bavaria.  Once it is gone, it is gone for that year.
