Alameda's Rock & Roll Beer Stroll is hosted annually by the Downtown Alameda Business Association (DABA) and is a celebration of Alameda's local breweries, craft beverages, and small businesses.
More than 25 breweries, restaurants, and local businesses come together in Downtown Alameda for an afternoon of beer tastings, food, shopping, and community. The stroll showcases many of the businesses that make Alameda unique while supporting the local downtown district.
Dahoam1516 is honored to join the Rock & Roll Beer Stroll each year. Many attendees are surprised to discover that tucked away in a central Alameda neighborhood is Dahoam1516, Alameda's award-winning nonprofit school dedicated to teaching brewing, cooking, gardening, and other traditional home-craft skills. Through hands-on classes and small-group experiences, we help people learn how to brew their own beer, make traditional foods, grow their own ingredients, and connect with their community.
