The Problem We Solve

Four reasons people don't brew. We've solved them.

Gear

No equipment?Use ours.

Our commercial-grade, all-stainless Brewhouse is set up and ready: an all-electric system for all-grain or extract, plus stainless fermenters and hardware.

Space

No room?Brew here.

Brew, ferment and finish your batch at Dahoam1516. Nothing goes home until you want it to. Prefer to ferment at home? That works too.

Mess

Mess at home? Not if you brew here.

We handle the cleanup, and the smell of brewing is welcome here. Stop by and check on your batch while it ferments.

Know-how

Never brewed?Perfect.

An experienced homebrewer guides you step by step, helps you choose or create a recipe, and helps you source ingredients.

How it works

From recipe to your own batch

We keep it simple. Here's what happens before, during and after your brew day.

  1. Step 1 · Before

    Plan it

    • Join as a Brewer Member.
    • Pick a recipe. Bring your own, use one of ours, or we'll help you create one.
    • Request a date by emailing us with a few dates that work for you.
    • Sort out ingredients. Source your own, or we can supply them at our cost or connect you with a brew supply shop.
    • Choose bottles or a keg. Let us know in your email.
  2. Step 2 · Brew day

    Brew it

Four hours with full use of our Brewhouse and a homebrewer to guide you.

    Bring

    • Your ingredients, unless we're sourcing them
    • Up to 4 guests, if you like
    • Snacks
    • Clothes and shoes that can get a little messy
  3. Step 3 · After

    Let it ferment

    • Ferment here in our temperature-controlled Brewhouse, or take it home in one of our carboys ($40 deposit, returned with the carboy).
    • Lager after about 2 weeks: here in our stainless kegs, or at home, usually in bottles.
    • If it lagers here, you come back to bottle or keg it.
  4. Step 4 · Done

    Take it home

Your batch goes home with you, in bottles or a keg.

A share stays with the club through our Donate Some Beer program. It stocks the Brewhouse and supports our community events.
