We've designed a program that solves the problems that keep people from brewing their own beer.
Here's a quick overview of how this works.
Our Answer to the "Big Brewing Dilemma"
The most common reasons people give for not brewing — and how we've solved them.
“I don’t have the gear — too expensive.”
Not a problem — use ours. Your beer— our gear!
You get access to our commercial-grade, all-stainless-steel equipment in our private-label Brewhouse:
All-Electric brewing system (All-Grain or Extract)
Stainless steel fermentation buckets & hardware
Everything set up, ready to go
“I don’t have the space.”
Again, we’ve got the answer.
Your brewing adventure has a home in our Brewhouse.
Make your beer here, ferment it here, and finish it here.
Nothing goes home unless you want it to.
If you want to ferment at home, we've got that covered too.
“Someone'll kill me over the mess/smell.”
You can relax — all of that happens here.
We handle the cleanup.
We actually love the smell of brewing, so no issue there.
And if you want to visit your beer while it’s fermenting, you absolutely can.
“I don’t know how to make beer.”
Perfect — that’s why we’re here.
A curated homebrewer will guide you step-by-step,
help with ingredient sourcing, and assist with recipe selection or creation.
In short:
We’ve tried to think of everything. If we missed something, we’ll figure it out together
Final Thought:
We brew in 5 gallon batches. (Same amount of work as making a 1 gallon batch, so we do 5's.)
5 gallons of beer equals 640 ounces or about 55-12 oz bottles. What would that cost you normally?
As a Brewer member, that cost would be about $55. So, $1 a bottle. And you get the bragging rights.
How Does This All Work?
We keep this part pretty simple!

ON Your Brew Day
Remember to Bring:
yourself - ready to have fun
your ingredients (if not sourcing from us)
up to 4 guests to share your Brew Day — if you want
snacks
clothes & shoes you don’t mind getting “brewy”
Your Brew Day is set for 4 hours with full access to our Brewhouse.
AFTER Your Brew Day
The Magic:
Fermentation happens...
Ferment here in our controlled-environment Brewhouse
Take things home in one of our carboys & ferment there
Note: There is a separate carboy deposit of $40 returned when the carboy returns.
After 2 weeks...Lagering happens...
Lager it here in our stainless kegs
Lager it at home (usually in bottles)
If you lager here, you’ll return for the bottling/kegging step when the lagering is finished.
When it's all done — "your beer"
Several gallons of "your beer" goes home with you — bottles or a keg — yours to enjoy
Some of "your beer" is donated to the club as part of our “Donate Some Beer” program
(This helps stock the Brewhouse and support events)
Wow!! That's great. You've thought of everything.
How often can I brew with this membership?
As a Brewer Member, you may brew three times in a 12-month period.
If you want additional brew sessions, those can be arranged for $40 per session.
Bottom Line
This is all intentionally simple and supportive.
If you can read a recipe, tell time, and boil water —you’re ready to brew.
And now, you finally have a great place to do it.
