Homebrewed beer is not a regulated product nor subject to safety standards.

(Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) makes us post this.)
However, our beers are produced in a highly controlled environment akin to a commercial brewery.The Brewhouse is well maintained and our products are extremely safe - and yummy too.

Note: We make 22+ different beers and 90% are gluten-free.

If you are celiac, we cannot help you. But if you just want to avoid gluten, you are good.

Some mild celiacs have been able to consume our beer. Drink at your own discretion.

Named after the Senners who tend the herds in the high pastures of the Alps.

Gotzler Dampfbierr

Classic Steamed Malt Beer

Smooth • Malty • Unfiltered

5.1% ABV

Anchor Steam's Bavarian nephew.

Dampfbier started in northern Bavaria. As part of the final malting process, the malt is exposed to steam to further soften. This is then made into a beer that is very smooth yet malty.

Bömerwald Pils

Classic Bohemian Pilsen

5.3% ABV

Coming from the Bohemian/Eastern Bavarian Pils tradition, so darker, maltier, richer than Czech Pils.

Sieben Hügeln

Rauchbier

Rich • Slightly Smoky • Traditional

Named after the seven hills of Bamberg, Bavaria, where Rauchbier was born.

Malts are wood smoked here, then added into the beer.

Higher in alcohol because of the higher volume of malt, but still smooth due to lagering. Named "Unbelievable" because that is what we thought when we finally made this clone of Schneider-Weiss' Tap 6.

"Kobes Best" Kölsch

Old-Style Kölschbier

4.2% ABV

Kölsch originally started out darker than the version today. Kobes were the aproned waiters that brought you the little fluted glasses in the Kölschhouse. They always saved a bit of the best aside for themselves.

Classic Unfiltered Bock Beer

Medium kiln malts and late harvest hops, this is the basic Bockbier but with a local grown hop twist.

Wolpertinger

Eisbock

14.2% ABV

"Watch out for Georg" was how this beer got its name, since Georg is our resident Wolpertinger, Guardian of the Brewhouse. Our Doppleweizen is made and then frozen, removing 50%+ of the water, concentrating the alcohol.

Drink in extreme moderation. This beer sneaks up and then "bam."
